Guide to Selling at Auction

When you hire an auctioneer, you and the auctioneer are in a partnership to turn your assets into cash. We the auction company will advertise to get the prospective buyers to auction.

A wide variety of assets are sold through the Auction Method of Marketing...Furniture, Antiques, Collectibles, estates, Business Liquidation and any specialty sales such as coins and guns.

Our agreement with the client starts with a contract. We will come to the site and get an idea of what you have to sale. We will go over the contract and answer any questions you have. Once the contract is signed we will take possession of the keys to the house and start going through items in the house and any out buildings and setup for auction day.

After the auction is completed and the house or business is empty, with in 10 days you will receive a closing package with ticket sheets on everything sold and a check for your percentage minus advertising cost.
